Facilities

The Engineering Design Group (EDG) maintains the following primary facilities on behalf of the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering:

• the Integrated Product Design Laboratory (IPDL)
• the Design-Net (a network of graphics workstations)
• the Design Studio

Support of the AECM (Advanced Engineering Centre for Manufacturing) in acquiring the Design-Net facilities is gratefully acknowledged.
